NRS provides advice to clients faced with potential or actual product recalls, regulatory actions such as FDA 483’s, USDA NOIE's or NR's, and other matters that require regulatory interpretation or guidance.

NRS also offers preventive operational risk management assessments—for example reviewing supplier and co-manufacturer agreements to ensure they are up-to-date with the most current regulatory requirements as well as reflect industry best practices, and best protect the company's interests.
